About the Journal
INDO-UKRAINIAN HUMANITARIAN REVIEW is an independent intellectual and cultural journal dedicated to fostering dialogue between Ukrainian and Indian civilizations.
The Review focuses on history, philosophy, cultural memory, mythology, and civilizational studies. It presents complex ideas in a clear and accessible form while preserving intellectual depth and integrity.
The journal operates under a Diamond Open Access model: all content is freely available to readers, and authors do not pay any publication fees. The project is developed as a non-profit initiative under SVITOLAD – Cultural & Humanitarian Initiative (Ukraine).
The Review is not a conventional academic journal and does not prioritize formal procedures or institutional metrics. The editorial approach is based on clarity of thought, originality, and meaningful contribution.
The editorial team evaluates each submission and makes all publication decisions. The editors select texts based on intellectual value, depth, and coherence. The editors publish only those works that present an original perspective and demonstrate responsible thinking.
The journal also serves as a platform for early-career authors, including students and postgraduate researchers, provided their work meets the required intellectual standard.
The editorial team organizes submissions in a two-stage process: authors first submit an abstract. If the editors approve the proposal, they invite the author to submit the full text. The editors publish articles on a rolling basis after editorial review.
The Review aims to create a sustainable intellectual space where cultures engage in meaningful dialogue, new ideas emerge, and diverse voices enter a shared conversation.
